ورشة تكوينية — الوذمة اللمفية | الأستاذ بوقارة زهير
شكّلت الورشة التكوينية المخصصة لتدبير الوذمة اللمفية (Lymphœdème)، التي أطّرها الأستاذ بوقارة زهير، نائب رئيس الجمعية الجزائرية لطب العلاج الطبيعي وإعادة التأهيل، واحدةً من أبرز محطات هذه الدورة، إذ استقطبت اهتمامًا استثنائيًا ومشاركةً فعّالة من جميع الحاضرين.
وبأسلوب علمي رصين يجمع بين البُعد النظري والتطبيق الميداني، تناول الأستاذ بوقارة زهير بدقةٍ وعمق مختلفَ جوانب هذه الحالة المرضية التي لا تزال مجهولةً لدى شريحة واسعة من الممارسين، من حيث التشخيص، والتقييم الوظيفي، وآليات التدخل العلاجي في إطار طب إعادة التأهيل.
وقد عكس الإقبال الكبير الذي شهدته هذه الورشة حاجةً حقيقيةً وملحّة إلى التكوين في هذا المجال، حيث تظل الرعاية المقدمة للمرضى قاصرةً في أغلب الأحيان. وقد فتحت هذه الورشة الآفاق نحو تحسين الممارسات وتعزيز وعي الأطباء الجزائريين بهذه الحالة المرضية المُهمَلة طويلاً.
Atelier de Formation — Lymphœdème | Pr Boukara Zouhir
L’atelier consacré à la prise en charge du lymphœdème, animé par le Pr Boukara Zouhir, Vice-Président de l’ASPRM, a constitué l’un des temps forts de cette édition, suscitant un intérêt exceptionnel et une participation active de l’ensemble des membres présents.
Dans une approche à la fois didactique et pratique, le Pr Boukara a abordé avec rigueur et pédagogie les différentes facettes de cette pathologie encore trop méconnue dans notre contexte, qu’il s’agisse de son diagnostic, de son évaluation fonctionnelle ou de ses modalités thérapeutiques en médecine physique et de réadaptation.
L’engouement manifesté par les participants témoigne d’un besoin réel et pressant de formation dans ce domaine, où la prise en charge demeure insuffisante et les patients trop souvent livrés à eux-mêmes. Cet atelier a ainsi ouvert la voie à une meilleure structuration des pratiques et à une sensibilisation accrue des praticiens algériens face à cette pathologie longtemps négligée.

The training workshop dedicated to the management of lymphedema, led by Prof. Boukara Zouhir, Vice-President of the ASPRM, was undoubtedly one of the highlights of this edition, generating exceptional interest and active engagement among all participants.
Combining scientific rigor with practical pedagogy, Prof. Boukara delivered a comprehensive and accessible overview of this still widely underrecognized condition — addressing its diagnosis, functional assessment, and therapeutic modalities within the field of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
The remarkable enthusiasm demonstrated by attendees reflects a genuine and pressing need for structured training in this domain, where patient care remains largely inadequate and the condition continues to be poorly managed across many clinical settings. This workshop thus laid the groundwork for improved practice standards and heightened awareness among Algerian practitioners regarding a pathology that has long been overlooked.
